A few frequently asked questions:
Q - What is a "Point - to Point" service?
A - "Point to Point" Service is a pick-up/drop-off service only and
cannot be reserved more than 15 to 20 minutes
prior to your pick up and is a flat rate. Inside Eureka Springs
City limits the fare is $5.00 per person, each
way. Additional stops must be told to the dispatcher and will
incur a cost of $5.00 per stop, per person.
If you are not sure if your Lodging is inside city limits, please
contact the property manager. Our P/P rates
are higher outside of city limits and pricing may be found on our
website under "Point to Point" Service. When calling, please provide your location, how many passengers and drop off location. Request for a
specific Limousine cannot be taken. Please not that if you call in a pick up for 8 passengers, to get the larger Limo, and only 2 passengers ride, you will be billed for the total number your provided at your call in.
Q - How long so I have to wait for a Limousine to pick me up?
A - The usual wait time is 10 to 15 minutes. On busy or festival days
the wait time can be up to 30 to 45 minutes.
We recommend that you call for your pick-up by 130am in order for
us to get you on the pick up list. We do not
take calls for service after 2am. Q - What
is your Limousine(s) capacity?
A - Our White Stretch
Limousines can seat up to 10 (ten) and our Sedan Limousines can seat up to 6
(Six).
However the size of the passengers will also make a difference in
how many can fit into a Limousine. Q - Do
your Limousines have Alcohol Available?
A- No, We do not provided any type of Alcohol in any of
our Limousines. If you are 21, or older you can bring
your own - However, what you bring in is what you take out. We will
charge a cleaning fee of $100.00, if not.
Q - I am staying at a cabin off of the lake, you take a winding dirt road there, can you pick me up?
A - Our Limousines will not travel
on any road surface that is gravel, rock or dirt, you may need to make
an
alternative pick up/ drop off point.
Q - Do
you operate in the snow or bad weather?
A - No, We reserve the right to suspend service without
notice for weather conditions (Snow, Ice, Sleet, Heavy rain,
Hail or high winds). Due to some of the roads in Eureka Springs and the area, they can become very unsafe
during times of Snow or Heavy rains. This policy extends to any type of charter, including weddings & airports.
Q - There is a big festival downtown Eureka Springs all day Saturday, can I call for a ride?
A - We will extend our daytime Point to Point hours for
special events in Eureka Springs (Diversity, BluesFest, etc.)
We cannot operate downtown, when there is a parade due to traffic concerns.
Right of Refusal of Service:
Eureka Springs Limousine Company reserves the right to refuse service to any person that is extremely
intoxicated and cannot function on their own, is vomiting or cannot give clear instructions on getting to their home or lodging establishment or any person or person's that are acting in a threatening manor in words or actions to our drivers. Our drivers are trained to contact the police and have the passengers removed. Our drivers also have the right to refuse to go down roads or into areas in-which they feel are unsafe for them, the passengers and Limousine to operate. We reserve the right to suspend all operations, without notice due to weather conditions, such as: Snow, Ice, Heavy rain, High water, Hail, wind or any other element of nature that deems service unsafe.
